Accepting these Terms

If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. If you don’t agree to the terms of use, please do not use the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify our Terms at any time. Reasons for modifying terms include, but are not limited to market regulatory changes or application feature changes. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service assumes you are familiar with and accepting of the current terms.

Third-Party Services

From time to time, we may provide you with links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. Your use of the Service may also include the use of applications that are developed or owned by a third party. Your use of such third party applications, websites, and services is governed by that party’s own terms of service or privacy policies. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third party application, website or service that you visit or use.

Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or nominated credit card immediately upon subscribing for the service. Subscriptions will automatically renew, unless canceled at least 48 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Upon auto-renewal, your account will be charged for the following 12 month subscription period. You can manage your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.

All logo’s, designs, text, graphics, pictures, screen lay-out’s, user navigation workflows, logic, code, configurations and help files associated with any P6 © mobile or desktop service, are owned by Professional 6 © Pty Ltd and are protected by U.S, Australian, Singaporean and international copyright laws. By subscribing to the service, you are granted the right to use it. However, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by an authorised director of Professional 6 ©, your rights do NOT include: (i) publicly performing or publicly displaying the Service; (ii) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Service or any portion thereof; (iii) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (iv) downloading of any portion of the Service or any information contained therein, apart from the actual application itself; (v) reverse engineering or accessing the Service in order to build a competitive product or service; or (vi) using the Service other than for its intended purposes. The P6 fields, P6 Risk Lens © or P6 logical risk pairs cannot be renamed, mirrored or re-used as metadata fields in a CRM system. The P6 help files; ‘Ask Tina’, cannot be copied in any format. Any breaches of the Copyright terms will result in the termination of the service and may result in legal action.

For clarity, we do NOT own your data. Any data populated into a metadata or free text field in the application service is owned by you. How we use your data can be referenced in our privacy policy at www.p6risk.com

Copyright Complaints

We take intellectual property rights seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable International law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, at our sole discretion, access to the service for users who are deemed to have breached the copyright terms.

Termination

If you breach any of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or disable your access to or use of the Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Professional 6 Pty Ltd, regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
